In fact, combining the schedules of various carriers plying the Caribbean region, we offer multiple sailings a week to some destinations, a significant value-add for customers.
RSD International/Caribconex handles its consolidation services within 50,000 square feet racked warehouse at its main Miami gateway location with 28 docks doors and 1 ramp access. Our facility is under 24-hour surveillance and is access controlled.
Outside of our Miami gateway, RSD International/Caribconex has strategic offices and alliances in New York, California and Canada where we can offer similar consolidation services as well as trucking into the Miami gateway as optimal for the customer.
Our deployment of fully computerized Magaya LiveTrack logistics software; utilizing photo-scanning; auto-dims and auto-weighing technology provide high degree of speed and accuracy in cargo handling and processing and rapid real time tracking for our customers.
RSD International/Caribconex online systems allows direct real time communication with customers, providing up to date information on shipments from pre-notification, pick up, receiving, liaison for shipping instructions and shipping to destination. This allows customers direct participation in the logistics process and visibility of the status of their shipments in process at all times.
