In response to increased demands for its logistics services, RSD Shipping Agency Jamaica Limited with operations at Freeport in Montego Bay is expanding into Kingston, effective Monday, June 8, 2020.
RSD Shipping Agency’s Managing Director, Sonia Clarke-Bowen announces the opening of its Kingston office at Newport Commercial Centre, in the heart of the shipping and logistics district.
Clarke-Bowen says the new location will strengthen RSD Shipping’s presence in Jamaica, while offering closer access for the company’s clientele in the eastern part of the island.
The opening of our Kingston office is also expected to fuel the continued growth of RSD Shipping Agency, which was launched in Montego Bay in October last year, says the Managing Director, who also states “Over the 8 months of our operation in Montego Bay we have developed a reputation as one of the most innovative logistics company, delivering streamlined and simplified shipping solutions in fulfilling our clients import and export needs”.
Clarke-Bowen also announces the appointment of Oneil Haye as Regional Director for Eastern Jamaica. Haye who will head-up the Kingston operation is a 23 year veteran of the shipping and logistics industry, with advanced knowledge of customs brokerage services and systems, warehousing, trucking, air and ocean freight and managing large projects.
